The Role

  • Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing feedback, guidance, and support.
  • Resolve complex customer account issues and evaluate orders placed on credit hold.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in credit or collections.
  • Proven leadership or team management potential.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
