Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits Package

About the Role

We're supporting a leading transformation consultancy as they continue to grow their Data & Technology capability.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Process & Automation Engineer to help organisations streamline operations, improve efficiency and unlock value through automation and emerging AI technologies. You'll work across a variety of transformation programmes, designing smarter processes and implementing scalable automation solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Analysing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Designing future-state operating processes and workflows.
  • Delivering workflow automation solutions using low-code and RPA technologies.
  • Supporting implementation, testing and optimisation activities.
  • Working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Assessing how AI can enhance operational efficiency and automation outcomes.
  • Defining KPIs and measuring process improvement benefits.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in process improvement and automation delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Celonis or similar automation platforms.
  • Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or equivalent technologies.
  • Understanding of workflow orchestration and API integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
  • Passion for automation, AI and operational transformation.
