Role Overview
We are looking for a Defect Management professional who can manage the defect lifecycle and lead a small team effectively.

 
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track defects from identification to closure.
Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams to resolve defects.
Monitor defect status, priorities, and SLAs.
Prepare and share defect status reports and metrics.
Lead and support a small team in day-to-day defect management activities.
Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
 

Requirements
Experience in Defect Management / Defect Tracking.
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and prioritization.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lead and guide a small team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools is preferred.
