Job Summary

We are looking for a Defect Manager with strong experience in defect management, triage, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JIRA and/or ALM and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

·         Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle.

·         Lead defect triage meetings and prioritize issues.

·         Track defects and ensure timely resolution.

·         Work closely with QA, development, and business teams.

·         Maintain defect reports, metrics, and documentation.

·         Use JIRA and ALM for defect tracking and management.

·         Provide regular defect status and progress updates.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of QA/Defect Management experience.

·         Strong experience in Defect Management and Triage.

·         Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or ALM.

·         Good understanding of QA processes and SDLC.

·         Strong communication and documentation skills.
