Director of Sales – Commercial Roofing

We’re seeking a
Director of Sales to lead and grow a Florida commercial roofing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop sales professionals, build key relationships, and drive new business across the state. Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage sales representatives. Set goals, territories, and performance expectations; track pipeline and revenue forecasts. Develop sales strategies that grow commercial roofing revenue and market share.

Support the team with prospecting, account development, and closing opportunities. Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers. Partner with estimating and operations to qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff. Help shape and expand the sales organization as the Florida business grows. At least 5 years of commercial roofing sales and business development experience. Experience managing, coaching, and developing a sales team. A proven record of winning new business and growing commercial accounts.

Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing sales cycle, pipeline management, and forecasting. The ability to set clear expectations and hold a team accountable while working closely with operations and leadership.

Preferred

Established relationships in Florida’s commercial roofing, construction, property management, or facilities markets.
