The Role

• Conduct individualised and activating care for residents.
• Manage documentation and care planning processes.
• Contribute to the concept and ongoing development of hygiene standards.
• Implement measures for quality assurance in care.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional training as a nurse or in healthcare.
• Required further training as a hygiene officer in care facilities.
• Solid professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Sound knowledge of infection prevention laws and accident prevention regulations.
• Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility.
