Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 11+ years of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior management, clients, and technical teams to define project objectives and expectations.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and overall delivery costs.

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage scope changes, project dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination between onsite and offshore teams.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in project management and delivery leadership.

• Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects and complex technology initiatives.

• Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, software development processes, testing, deployment, and release management.

• Experience in project budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and vendor coordination skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and onsite/offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

• Experience managing cloud, application development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with enterprise-level project governance and reporting.

• Previous experience working in IT consulting, product development, or enterprise environments.
