We are seeking passionate educators to join an impactful community focused on transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils aged KS1 - KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning difficulties.
• Engage with schools and local authorities to meet student needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
