In this role, your main responsibilities are:
Our Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.
Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Providing technical advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Creating customizations that enhance applications, interfaces and reports.
- Building custom reports and KPIs.
- Attending client-facing project meetings.
- Creating and updating training manuals used for process improvements.
- All other related tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field;
- Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Attention to detail and quality;
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines;
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;
- Ability to travel within the U.S.A. and Canada up to 25% of the time.
- Experience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications;
- Experience with NetSuite;
- Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);
- Knowledge of inventory management strategies;
- Exposure to web-based development.
