Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for PCA's- Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard

PRN work available
We have current job openings for PCA's- Personal Care Assistants in the following locations:

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Asheboro, NC-  Sat/Sun day hours 9a to 3p

Randleman, NC- E/O Saturday from 9a to 4p

Troy NC- Saturdays from 8a to 10a and 6p to 8p

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants- PCA's

  • Minimum one year PAID personal care experience 

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistants- PCA's :

  • Activities of daily living 
  • Light housekeeping 
  • Bathing 
  • Grooming 
  • Toileting 
  • Nail care 
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. 
  • Assisting with ambulation 
  • Medication assistance
