You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Assist in planning and overseeing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
- Ensure that the site team has the safety materials needed and that they are following KE safety procedures along with the Construction Manager.
- Ensure that materials and equipment have been ordered, and track them to ensure they arrive when scheduled.
- Communication with Construction Managers to coordinate equipment and personnel needs, updating the Division General Superintendent with requests for support.
- Create, submit, and track change orders as required. Ensure change order documentation is updated in KE Procore and dollar values are appropriately updated in Viewpoint.
- Assist with project closeout requirements, ensuring customers’ expectations are met and invoicing is completed according to schedule.
- Ensure customer punch list items are addressed and closed as required.
- Observe “kickoff meetings” with the Construction Manager, Foreman, Site Coordinators, and General Superintendent to cover project scope, schedule, benchmarks, and performance goals.
- Attend regular site visits to engage with field personnel, track site progress, and monitor performance goals.
- Additional duties as assigned.
You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Ability to work in our Goodhue, MN location 5 days/week.
- Currently pursuing an education in Project Management or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Willing to work on out-of-town projects.
Pay Range
We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
