The Role

• Provide professional nursing care, including comprehensive assessments, treatment, documentation, and evaluation of resident needs.
• Plan, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Manage and ensure the availability of necessary medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident concerns and work towards effective solutions.
• Support and mentor new team members, trainees, and interns to ensure a smooth integration.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, pediatric nurse).
• Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.
• A strong preference for collaborative teamwork.
• Demonstrated empathy and a high level of professionalism.
• Proactive and innovative mindset to contribute to continuous improvement.
