In this role, you'll

  • Provide expert functional support, investigating issues, coordinating solutions, supporting end users and ensuring Finance and Procurement teams can confidently utilise the system.
  • Lead change and system enhancements, coordinating testing, upgrades, patches and new functionality while helping stakeholders understand and adopt improvements that support business outcomes.
About you Must have
  • Experience supporting, improving or coordinating business systems within a finance, procurement or supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes and how technology can enable better business outcomes.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, solve problems and translate needs into practical system solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
  • A proactive, customer focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Business Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Nice to have
  • Experience with TechnologyOne or a similar ERP, Finance or Procurement system.
  • TechnologyOne certifications or formal training.
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, testing or change implementations.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, databases or enterprise application environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, reporting, business intelligence or user training and adoption activities.
Why you'll thrive in this role

You'll be someone who enjoys connecting people, processes and technology to solve business challenges and deliver better outcomes. Naturally curious and solutions focused, you'll thrive on building relationships, improving ways of working and helping stakeholders get the most value from their systems. Whether you're bringing deep ERP experience or looking to take the next step in your systems career, you'll enjoy a role where you can influence change, drive improvement and make a meaningful impact across the business.
