Location : Plymouth, MN (Relocation Works)

Job Description
The contractor will support the Acute Therapies V&V team, focusing on system-level, integration, and hardware-level testing. The role emphasizes: Defining and executing test strategies, Developing V&V documentation (plans, protocols, reports, traceability matrices), Applying statistics (DOE, ANOVA, Capability Analysis) to characterize performance, Driving continuous improvement and alternative verification approaches, Investigating failures and driving defects to resolution, Communicating findings to cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of experience
V&V test experience for complex products
Systems thinking and structured problem solving
Applied statistics and experimental design
Electro-mechanical, software-controlled systems
Agile/iterative product development
Requirements/test management tools (DOORS, ALM, Jama, Polarion, Codebeamer)
Data analysis tools (Minitab, R, Python, MATLAB)
Dashboards (Monday.com, Power BI, Smartsheet)
Self-starter with strong ownership
