IT Help Desk Analyst - Level 1 Support

BMD is seeking a help desk professional to join its IT team based in the Port of Brisbane Office. You will use excellent communication skills to work with people across the BMD Group nationally and provide timely information technology assistance to a high quality standard.

Required is 2+ years in IT help desk or end-user support, ability to connect with internal stakeholders, and a detail-oriented approach. Personal transport is required to access site.
