Cloud IT Support Specialist Azure & Intune

Shift is seeking an IT Support specialist to help keep business and tech operations running smoothly in a dynamic Australian SME. Reporting to the Cloud Systems Team Lead, you'll handle incident management, end-user support, device management, and cloud services administration with a methodical, proactive approach.

You'll manage user identities, cloud access, and office tech while collaborating with Data, DevSecOps, and Security teams to hit project milestones and support daily operations.
