We are seeking a highly motivated specialist for a leading psychosomatic clinic that is one of the largest in Germany, offering comprehensive therapies for adolescents. Join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team in a supportive and innovative work environment.

The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities for the adolescent psychosomatic ward, with potential for full specialist leadership.
• Be involved in the structured supervision and accompaniment of clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of young patients.
• Represent the chief physician in the role of senior physician and contribute significantly to the ward's development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or at least in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• Completed or advanced psychotherapeutic further training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and specialized therapists.
• Interest in taking on leadership roles, with comprehensive training provided for new leaders.
