Job Description

Salesforce Business Analyst

USA/Canada Remote

FTE Only

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce BA, Sales Cloud, Order Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Finance, Repair Services, and IT to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.

  • Lead discovery workshops, process-mapping sessions, and requirements-gathering activities across Lead-to-Order, Repair-to-Fulfillment, Customer Profile, and Customer 360 workstreams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Integration Teams, and client's stakeholders to define future-state business processes and solution designs.
  • Facilitate requirements for Salesforce Syspro integrations, order management, approval workflows, document generation, inventory visibility, and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze data dependencies, integration touchpoints, business rules, and process impacts across Salesforce, Syspro, LTM, Wildcat, and related systems.
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-offs within an Agile delivery model.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, traceability matrices, training materials, and operational procedures.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution with business and technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption and realization of business value from the Salesforce platform.
