The Role • Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for national security missions. • Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements. • Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements. • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and deployment. • Support system accreditation efforts following the Risk Management Framework. • Plan and implement cross-domain data flows and user training to drive adoption. What You'll Need • Experience developing capability and system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases. • Proven ability to develop technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment. • Proficiency with collaboration and work tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation. • Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking. • Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a polygraph exam. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, OR 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree. • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date.
