M365 Administrator

IDR is seeking a M365 Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves hands-on engineering and operational support across enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on automation, incident response, and system reliability within a dynamic organizational environment.
Position Overview for the M365 Administrator:

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure and application services, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Linux, and Hybrid Exchange.
• Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve operational reliability.
• Analyze complex infrastructure problems, participate in incident response, and develop preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures, runbooks, and project records.

Requirements for the M365 Administrator:

• Experience with M365 administration, including Exchange (post-migration), Teams, App management, and Entra.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure and application administration such as Windows Server, Linux, IIS, and system monitoring.
• Ability to develop automation using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Familiarity with incident response, root cause analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation and collaboration skills for cross-team projects.
