Job Description
Concentrix is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Solutions Consultant to join the ANZ DevOps team. You will architect, design, and implement cloud-based solutions across AWS, including Amazon Connect and CX platforms.
The role requires 5+ years of AWS experience, Full-Stack skills, and proficiency with Lambda, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, and QuickSight. You will collaborate with engineering teams, participate in the SDLC, and build data pipelines and dashboards to deliver actionable CX insights.
