Job Description
SHE-com is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to join our remote-first team of women entrepreneurs. You will support members in their first month, helping them win and feel supported every step of the way.
You will welcome new members, answer questions, troubleshoot payment issues, manage community chats, celebrate wins, and collaborate with coaching and operations to improve the member experience. This is a full-time, Australia-based remote role.
