They are seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead a substantial team and oversee operations across a wide network of retail locations, driving mission-critical projects and ensuring exceptional service delivery within their market. The Role • Lead and mentor a team of over 100 merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations. • Ensure on-time project execution for merchandising initiatives, including resets, stocking, and audits. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and client personnel. • Drive recruitment and training efforts for assigned employees. • Manage district costs, including travel expenses and overtime, to meet financial targets. • Collaborate with a regional team to contribute to overall company success. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory/management experience. • 1-2 years of experience in retail or field operations management. • Proficiency in web-based reporting, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the district.
