Job Title: Lead Agilist (Scrum Master)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months (Long-Term Contract)

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of business experience
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master/Scrum experience
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading Agile teams and removing team impediments

Preferred:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support Agile Scrum teams in adopting Agile and Scrum best practices.
