The role of the Dementia Care Manager is to support the Scheme Managers in the effective running of Bristol Court. You will be responsible for the first line supervision of office staff and deputise for the manager in their absence. You will support the service across all functions including: Rosters and care coordination, care delivered, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints and reports.

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced professional who is passionate about ensuring that the best care is being provided, thrive on managing a team within a health and social care environment.
