They are seeking experienced technicians to join their dynamic roadside assistance team. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Start and end your shift from home, tackling diverse challenges daily. • Act as a problem solver and a customer-focused ambassador. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
