• 15+ years of enterprise application/Salesforce experience, with strong expertise as a Salesforce Architect in large-scale CRM and commercial transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP transformations, including assessing downstream application impacts, integrations, dependencies, risks, and remediation requirements.
• Excellent business stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate with executives.
• Proven leadership and delivery experience, coordinating business teams and offshore developers/administrators/integration teams while driving architecture, dependencies, governance, and solution delivery.
