What You'll Do: • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on a leadership function, overseeing technical and specialized aspects of the site operations and ensuring adherence to company standards. • Advise and support customers from initial contact through to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Manage customer invoicing, handle cash transactions, and organize incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure all audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need: • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake a certified expertise examination, or already hold a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Klasse B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in PC usage for administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trusting collaboration.
