The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Advise customers on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience.
• Provide transactional support and address customer needs based on branch traffic.
• Build new customer relationships within the community, generating appointments and growing the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies while making credit recommendations.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, as well as retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative sales or customer service role, with a passion for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, mobile devices, and online tools.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a consultative sales and team-based environment.
