We are hiring an Apartment Community Manager for our apartment community Burano Hunter's Creek in Orlando, FL.

Our Community Managers are business leaders who oversee property operations, sales performance, financial results, and team development. They create exceptional resident experiences, lead high-performing teams, and drive the overall success of the community.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports
- Provide exceptional service to residents and team members
- Manage the property budget and support the achievement of operational and financial goals
- Drive revenue growth through effective leasing and renewal strategies
- Oversee leasing and maintenance operations to ensure community performance and resident satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, service, and results
What You Have
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business operations, preferably in property management or a related industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management
- 2 to 4 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop diverse teams
- Demonstrated success using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results
- General understanding of budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics
- Experience with property management systems and business tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, typically Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (hours may vary based on community needs and seasonality)
- Reliable transportation
