Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing maintenance and asset management processes, ensuring asset reliability, operational efficiency, and business process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PM/EAM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and design maintenance management solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PM modules, including equipment, functional locations, work orders, notifications, maintenance plans, and task lists.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, WM/EWM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Support asset lifecycle management and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
• Conduct user training, UAT, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
• Strong configuration and support experience in SAP PM.
• Experience in S/4HANA PM/EAM implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, and reliability concepts.
• Integration experience with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and mobile maintenance solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• SAP PM/EAM Certification.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Metals, or Process Industries.
• Exposure to SAP Asset Manager, Fiori Apps, and SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
