Job Description

Location: Battersea, London
Salary: £30,000 £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus quarterly performance bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent Office based
We re recruiting a Sales Executive for an established business serving clients across the hospitality and events sector. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys building relationships, responding to customer enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
The role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to order confirmation. You ll prepare quotes and proposals, follow up with prospective customers and work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent service.
You ll also look for opportunities to recommend additional products and services that suit each customer s needs.
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Follow up enquiries and proposals to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage client accounts and act as a key point of contact.
  • Create proposals and presentations for client pitches.
  • Keep customer and sales records accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events when required.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.
About you You ll have proven sales experience and be confident managing customer relationships. You ll communicate clearly, stay organised while handling several enquiries at once, and take a proactive approach to following up opportunities.
Experience in hospitality or events would be an advantage. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
