We're hiring for a leading automotive industry technology provider, recognised for its innovative enterprise solutions and commitment to driving business success. This organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to join their Enterprise Finance Technology team, focusing on optimizing data architecture and enterprise applications for strategic decision-making.

The Role

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Informatica to integrate financial applications with data warehouses and BI platforms.
• Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, regression testing, and anomaly monitoring, customizing data feeds and mappings with internal and external providers.
• Independently manage small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, contributing technical expertise to larger cross-functional programs.
• Support dashboard and reporting development using tools like Power BI and Tableau, leading enhancements to improve financial processes and accuracy.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows.
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to understand challenges and design viable data solutions, recommending technology and process improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and enterprise analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools like dbt and Informatica.
• Strong working experience with data modeling, data access, schemas, and data storage techniques within Snowflake.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
• Experience with ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing concepts, and working with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Git.
• Experience working with AI related tools such as GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or M365 Copilot.
