The Role

• Accurately locate, pick, and prepare merchandise for online customer orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of order contents before dispensing.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary to meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers as required to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Maintain a focus on efficiency and accuracy in all order-filling tasks.
