Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Rate: Around $25/hour, with flexibility based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM-10:30 AM
Position Type: Temporary with potential for hire | Onsite
Put your electro-mechanical assembly experience to work on advanced technology and robotics systems. We are hiring a Mechanical Technician to fabricate, assemble, test, and inspect complex electrical and mechanical products while ensuring they meet strict quality standards and customer requirements.

Job Duties

• Assemble and inspect electrical and mechanical components using blueprints, schematics, drawings, and bills of material
  


• Install and assemble a variety of electronic components
  


• Perform manufacturing tasks using work instructions and engineering documentation
  


• Safely operate hand tools, torque tools, measuring equipment, and soldering equipment
  


• Perform hand soldering as needed
  


• Follow applicable IPC-610/620 standards and manufacturing procedures
  


• Complete accurate production and quality documentation
  


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  


• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production schedules
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  


• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies
  


• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  


• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills
  


• Hand-soldering and J-STD-001 experience preferred
  


• U.S. citizenship required for work on applicable systems
