Job Description

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension or conversion to Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments.

Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the site network infrastructure.
Perform incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
Support network changes, upgrades, and implementation activities in accordance with operational requirements.
Ensure network availability, performance, and security while adhering to customer standards and SLAs.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations.
Maintain technical documentation and provide operational reporting as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco IOS/IOS-XE.
Experience with Cisco SDA / DNA Center and enterprise network environments.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, and routing protocols.
Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
Experience supporting network changes, upgrades, and implementations.
Understanding of network security, availability, performance, and SLA requirements.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
