The Role

• Planning, execution, and reflection of pedagogical offers and activities
• Pedagogical work with individual children and small groups
• Household and caregiving tasks (e.g., kitchen duty, nappy changing, etc.)
• Conceptual teamwork and joint planning and organization of the daily routine
• Support in the implementation of concepts and projects

What You'll Need

• State-recognized training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), a degree in Social Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification enabling recognition as a pedagogical specialist in daycare facilities
• A passion for pedagogical work with children and a big heart
• Enjoyment of varied challenges and openness to different providers and institutions
• Creativity and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
