Job Descriptions:

• Skill set Proficiency out of 10 (10 being highest) Feedback
• Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
• 4+ years’ experience with Automation (RPA ideal)
• Experience working with RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals like as-is path and bot-path.
• Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
• Business process management and modeling.
• Experience in IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) Lead in business interactions.
• Experience in Intelligent Automation, including RPA, Generative AI and Agentic AI (UiPath or other platforms) is preferred.
• Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals is preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare industry is preferred.
