Location: Merrifield, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical analyst with Pega Systems experience as a developer or product owner for a hybrid role. This position involves identifying business requirements and translating them into delivered technical solutions. Experience with modeling and forecasting is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output) and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize approved software development tools and applications to design, develop, implement, and maintain low-code or no-code business solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and communicating with project teams.
• Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes to Controlled Testing and Production.
• Collaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutions.
• Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and consistent documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-Cycle.
• Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, processes, and service-specific practices.
• Interpret results of analysis and present recommendations, alternatives, and implications.
• Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.
• Develop, recommend, and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and models.
• Develop and oversee project plans and roadmaps for corrective actions.
