Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output) and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize approved software development tools and applications to design, develop, implement, and maintain low-code or no-code business solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and communicating with project teams.
- Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes to Controlled Testing and Production.
- Collaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutions.
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and consistent documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-Cycle.
- Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, processes, and service-specific practices.
- Interpret results of analysis and present recommendations, alternatives, and implications.
- Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.
- Develop, recommend, and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and models.
- Develop and oversee project plans and roadmaps for corrective actions.
