Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Sr. User Support Engineer / Sr. User Support Technician for one of our clients.

Role: Sr. User Support Engineer / Sr. User Support Technician

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

• Senior-level Enterprise Desktop / End-User Support professional with strong Executive/VIP and white-glove support experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory, Autopilot, Endpoint Management, and SCCM/MECM.
• Strong background in hardware/software troubleshooting, incident & escalation management, knowledge management, documentation, and conference room/collaboration technologies.
• Preferred experience with CrowdStrike, Rapid7, CyberArk, Dell Command Suite/SupportAssist, Lenovo Vantage, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL, and Microsoft Certifications.
