Something special is coming to the Texas Hill Country. Opening in Q3 2027, Kimpton Fredericksburg will be a new-build lifestyle hotel on the edge of downtown Fredericksburg, Texas, within a mixed-use development featuring curated restaurant, bar, and retail experiences. The setting will offer views of the Hill Country and surrounding landscape.

• 210 thoughtfully designed guestrooms

• A large event barn, event lawn, and additional breakout rooms

• Four food and beverage offerings: a three-meal restaurant, lobby coffee and grab-and-go concept, rooftop venue, and pool bar

• A generous pool deck with cabanas and views of the surrounding hills

• Outdoor paths leading to a backyard-inspired gathering area and firepits
