Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant, to join our Business Advisory team in Melbourne. If you’re looking to enhance your skills, grow professionally and work on a dynamic portfolio of clients, then we want to hear from you!

Your role, your contribution!  

• Assist in preparing business advice and/or producing complex special purpose reports for clients
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
• Ensuring clients are made aware of their compliance obligations
• Liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients

What you bring to the role:  

• Strong experience in Business Advisory within public practice
• CA or CPA qualification
• Fringe Benefits Tax and Deferred Tax - experience is ideal
• Strong Analytical Skills: A natural curiosity to understand client businesses and challenges, applying your expertise confidently.
• Proficient in Excel and cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
• Team Player: Great communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring others in the team.
