Job Description
Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant
Westwood, MA office 5 days a week,
but remote candidates in the Eastern time zone will be considered.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion professional who can lead and establish the Oracle Fusion practice, with strong hands-on expertise in Pricing and Order Management configuration and implementation.
Location:
Ideally this position will work out of the Westwood, MA office 5 days a week, but remote candidates in the Eastern time zone will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and establish the Oracle Fusion practice, including solution standards, implementation methodology, and best practices.
- Provide functional and technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Drive Pricing and Order Management configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Provide guidance to consultants and build internal Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and capabilities and recommend relevant enhancements.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposals when required.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing and Order Management.
- Proven experience in configuration and implementation of Pricing and Order Management.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Experience working with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud version/releases.
- Strong understanding of integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Ability to lead teams and establish Oracle Fusion processes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Oracle Fusion practice setup/building.
- Oracle Fusion certification is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain environments is an advantage.
- Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, and client-facing consulting.
