Payroll Data Engineer: Auditable, High-Impact Modeling

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking a payroll data expert to join a high-impact compliance program. You will convert complex payroll rules into robust data models and datasets that support large-scale recalculations and entitlement payments.

In collaboration with Payroll, Industrial Relations, Legal and Data teams, you will design calculation-ready data models, map and reconcile cross-system data, and implement governance controls to ensure auditable, regulatory outcomes.
