Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 11+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the .NET ecosystem, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and database technologies, with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+/.NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular/React/Blazor
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Design and optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries (SQL Server)
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Drive cloud migration and deployment strategies (Azure preferred; AWS a plus)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, coding standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 11+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong focus on .NET technologies
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular (8+) or React, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) a plus
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, etc.)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency with Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core, LINQ
• Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise architecture
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest) and TDD practices
• Excellent communication skills with experience leading small teams or mentoring developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
