- Partnering with the people team to facilitate talent pathways, succession planning and retention
- Working with Egis Group, regional and business line teams to enable global talent mobility
- Supporting the business through change, guiding and supporting the amendment of talent acquisition processes and systems as required
- Taking reasonable measures to comply with Company HSE policies and supporting initiatives that advance Egis' sustainability goals
Ideally, you will have 3+ years' experience in an internal or agency role, recruiting within the engineering, consulting or architecture sector. In addition, you will also have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building strong internal relationships
- A consultative and proactive approach
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience with LiveHire, which would be very well regarded
We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis. Please let us know of your flexibility requirements.
Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility. We offer generous parental leave, support flexible work practices and strive to create an environment where employees can connect, collaborate, grow and succeed.
