The Role • Lead and support infrastructure and application changes within an Agile environment. • Deploy and configure services based on Microsoft and VMware products, including vSphere and Tanzu Kubernetes. • Maintain and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, monitoring, and backup solutions. • Work with advanced VMware technologies such as vSAN, NSX-T, and VMware Cloud Foundation. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in secure, high-clearance environments. • Contribute to the identification and adoption of new technologies to solve problems and drive innovation. What You'll Need • Extensive experience in deploying and configuring virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere and Kubernetes. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments and associated technologies. • Experience working within security-cleared or defence environments. • Proficiency in virtualization platforms and related technologies (vSAN, NSX-T, VCF). • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to diverse audiences. • Microsoft and VMware certifications, and Agile Foundation & Practitioner certifications are highly desirable.
