About the Role
Lead a team building a context platform for an AI-powered data analytics product. The platform helps users understand how AI agents work with their data, identify quality issues, and improve the business context behind reliable results.
What You'll Do
Lead the engineering team responsible for the context platform.
Set technical strategy, review designs, and contribute directly to implementation.
Manage and support engineers, setting a high bar while helping them do their best work.
Recruit and grow a strong engineering team.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years as an engineering manager.
Experience managing a team of 3 to 15 engineers and working in a high-growth startup environment.
Recent hands-on experience building an agentic or AI-native product.
Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with React, Postgres, and Python is valuable.
Background building technical products for technical users, such as developer tools or data products, and experience beyond a narrow mobile, infrastructure, or analytics specialization.
Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent technical experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $221,000 to $295,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity details were not provided.
