The Role

• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial customers.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to prepare sales agreements and manage client information.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and ensure their regulatory standards are met.
• Serve as an empathetic problem-solver, leveraging in-depth training to offer innovative solutions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse customers.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Sales experience preferred, but no industry experience is required due to comprehensive training.
