Location: Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C.

Metro Area Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer 3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities. This position requires U.S.

Citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance. Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions supporting a large-scale .NET application. Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation. Develop solutions for multi-source data integration and deduplication. Analyze data trends and patterns. Develop queries and reporting capabilities. Design and develop user interfaces. Support mobile application development. Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated software delivery. Develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams supporting highly available national security systems Minimum Qualifications
US Citizen Active Secret Clearance 5+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems. Experience with data analysis and reconciliation. Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication. Experience with trend and pattern analysis, query development, and reporting. Experience with user interface design and development. Hands-on working knowledge of .NET Framework.

Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server. Hands-on experience with C#. Hands-on experience with Entity Framework. Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
Located in Colorado or the DMV area. Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program. Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
