The Role

• Meet with homeowners to assess their current HVAC systems and identify replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine project scope and pricing.
• Access HVAC equipment in various locations, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and close sales in a one-call environment.
• Ensure a seamless handover to installation teams for a positive customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Prior in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to close sales in a one-call environment.
• Understanding of HVAC systems is helpful, though training will be provided.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to access attics and crawlspaces in various conditions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
